Five-star rated service at the Financial Adviser Service Awards

This year has been challenging for us all, and our highest priority has been supporting our broker partners. We understand the benefits of strong relationships, and we’ve worked hard to continue maintaining a high level of service to you, ensuring we provide answers to your cases – not just as a specialist lender, but as a loyal companion.

We’re pleased to say that our hard work and dedication has been recognised by our intermediary partners, as we recently received a five-star rating in the Mortgage category of the Financial Adviser Service Awards.

At Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, we have the expertise and understanding of the specialist lending sector that ensures that our commitment to the intermediary sector is second to none, and that relates to every single team within the company. 

The tenacity and drive of our staff to ensure customer satisfaction has always been a prime focus and we’re incredibly proud that our common-sense approach to lending and flexible decision making have been recognised by brokers, which is why receiving this award for our service is special to us.

From the efficiency of case submissions and turnaround times, to responding to queries via phone and Live Chat, we’ve been a constant, steady companion for you throughout 2020, despite the constant changes we’ve experienced.

  • This month we’ve assessed AIPs within two days – full cases underwritten in six working days
  • Averaging 7,476 calls each month during lockdown, without impacting on service (answered 5,725 this month)
  • Responded to over 3,181 Live Chats in the last month – 18,500 answered since it launched this year
  • Over 50 educational webinars held so far this year
  • First specialist lender to offer a one-to-one dedicated “buddy scheme”, which proved valuable during lockdown
  • Introduced a new broker portal system to assist with broker case submissions
  • Honoured our application pipeline as soon as possible
  • Launched new buy to let and residential product ranges
