Adam has been working in financial services for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience. Adam spent the last 5 years of his career as a mortgage broker and prior to this has worked in Risk and Governance, T&C Supervision, Paraplanning and mortgage administration. Always looking for a new challenge, Adam moved to OSB Group in 2023 and joined the sales team where his previous experience at brokerages will stand him in good stead to help understand and guide advisers through the application journey. Adam prides himself on providing thorough and detailed explanations to complex enquiries, whilst ensuring that all parties have a full understanding of the situation. Always willing to go the extra mile, he finds nothing more satisfying than finding solutions and helping to facilitate a positive broker experience.

I joined Kent Reliance for Intermediaries in February 2018, and have over 10 years' experience working as a business development manager in the North of England. With residential mortgage enquiries becoming more complex, I pride myself in my expertise in understanding complex income cases, as well as supporting applicants with complications with their credit profile.

I joined the company in 2023 as an office-based business development manager and I enjoy working closely with brokers, building trust and educating them about our products. My previous history of work in financial services has helped me to understand the kinds of challenges brokers face and how important it is for them to meet their customers’ expectations. Brokers can come to me with any criteria questions. I love problem solving and putting my knowledge to the test when helping with more complex cases. I welcome the opportunity to find a solution for them by seeing whether their case can fit with one or another of our brands.

I’ve been working in financial services for more than 20 years and have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge over the course of my career. After joining the industry back in 1999, I took a career break to raise my daughter during which time I studied for a CeMAP qualification. This piqued an interest in specialist lending which led me to join the company in 2019. I enjoy being able to use my knowledge to help find solutions to your clients’ complex mortgage needs. I’m also passionate about delivering excellent standards of service and building long-lasting relationships with my broker partners.

After starting in the contact centre, I was promoted to a specialist role in 2018 before being given the opportunity to join the sales support team as a sales consultant in 2019. My previous roles in telephone banking, credit card sales and as a mortgage advisor have given me the ability to assess things from a number of different angles. My responsibilities include bringing in new business by promoting the buy to let and residential opportunities we offer. I’m dedicated to supporting applications from submission to completion, and I enjoy helping brokers with their queries by putting my problem-solving skills to use on their complex cases. I bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the mortgage process from my previous roles working in sales, servicing, pre-completions and as part of our Broker Liaison Team.
