- The Organiser of this competition (‘the Competition’) and Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other applicable data protection law is OneSavings Bank plc or one of its subsidiaries registered office at Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, ME4 4ET (‘the Organiser’). - The Competition is open only to individuals over the age of 18 years who are currently working in the United Kingdom as a mortgage intermediary.
- The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
- Only one entry per person can be submitted.
- The Competition will open at 9am on Monday 2nd September 2024 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 5pm on Saturday 30th November 2024 (the ‘Closing Date’). Entries received after that time will not be considered.
- The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered or not submitted due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser.
- 55 prizes are available:
- 50 £50 Just Eat Vouchers; and
- 5 Apple airpods to the value of £129 (together the ‘Prizes)
- Entrants should refer to the terms and conditions (see below) of the Prize provider before entering the Competition. The Organiser is not responsible for any issues relating to the booking or use of the Prize.

(Just Eat Gift Card Terms and Conditions) - The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entries if they are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser.
- To enter the Competition, entrants must:
- Attend the Organiser’s exhibition stand and be given a scratch card by one of the Organiser’s Business Development Managers and
- Scratch the card to find out if they have won a voucher prize
- To claim the voucher prize winners will need to follow the instructions on the scratch card and email their unique winning code to events@osb.co.uk by Friday 13th December 2024.
- The unique winning code cannot be used more than once. Only the first winner for each unique code will receive the voucher prize.
- If the entrant does not win a voucher prize, they will be invited to scan a QR code on the scratch card which links to a smart survey where they will be required to give the following information: Name; Email Address; Company; Business Post Code; FCA Number, to be entered into a prize draw (the ‘Draw’).
- If an entry is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 10 above, it will be rejected and will not be entered into the Draw.
- The winner(s) of the Draw will be chosen at random on Monday 2nd December 2024 from all entrants who submitted their details to the QR code between the Opening and Closing Date, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
- The winner(s) of the Draw will be notified by email no later than the Monday 9th December 2024 and must provide a postal delivery address. The Prizes will sent to the postal delivery address provided by the winner(s). Should a winner fail to provide their postal delivery address within 14 days of being contacted by the Organiser, the Prize will be forfeited and the Organiser shall be entitled to select an alternative winner.
- All entrants who fulfil the criteria detailed above at paragraph 10 will have an equal chance of winning the Competition.
- The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment or discount and are not transferable.
- The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s) or substitute for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original Prize(s) becomes unavailable. Any changes will be displayed on the Organiser’s website: https://www.kentrelianceforintermediaries.co.uk/
- The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into about such decisions.
- The Competition is not open to employees of the Organiser, or any of their families.
- The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Competition at any time without notice.
- By entering this Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize.
- The Organiser will process the personal data of the entrants (name, email, business postcode, and company name in accordance with its obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law for the purposes of the administration of the Competition.

- The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and for their name and photographs to be used in such publicity. The winner will be given the chance to object to such publication, or ask for less information to be published.
- If any entrant and/or winner wishes to withdraw their consent for use of their name and image for the above purposes at any stage, they should contact the Organiser at events@osb.co.uk. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Organiser before the entrant withdraws their consent.
- The winners surname and county of residence will be available 14 days after Monday 2nd December by emailing the following address events@osb.co.uk.
- All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize(s) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in relation to the Competition.
