If your mortgage payment date is due in the next two days and you’re unable to pay it, please contact your Bank to suspend/cancel the direct debit to avoid incurring unnecessary fees. Your credit record will not be impacted.
If you’ve already emailed or called us, please be assured that we’ll respond as soon as we can and you do not need to complete this form.
We are working through all of the mortgage holiday requests in the order received, therefore completing a form as well, will not move your application further up the queue.
