For Limited Company loans, we allow joint representation with the borrower’s nominated conveyancer, subject to the firm being accredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and being on our approved conveyancer panel. The borrower will be liable for the legal costs of joint representation, which would be agreed between the borrower and their conveyancer.

The valuation fee is payable at the time of application and is non-refundable once valuation has been undertaken.

Direct Debit information

All mortgage payments must be paid by Direct Debit, usually on the 25th of the month. However, at the customer's request payment dates can be from 10th to 28th of the month.
