Today, demand for specialist solutions to complex mortgages is growing. By now you'll know that we love to handle mortgages that mainstream lenders won't always consider. But what you might not know is how we go about that.

Every case that comes to us is individually underwritten, meaning we have people, not inflexible systems, deciding whether we can lend to your client. The result of this is that we're less likely to say no to your client just because it as a rare or difficult application. We'll look into their individual circumstances and decide based on that.

Large loans, large portfolios and high group exposure - we have our own range of large loans for Buy to Let mortgages. We usually offer loans of up to £3m but are able to offer more on a case-by-case basis. We also offer group exposure of up to £3m.

HMO and student lets up to 8 rooms - because we take the time to look into each submitted case by hand, we are able to look into HMO mortgages for up to 8 rooms and take each application on its own merits.

Ex-pat Buy to Let Mortgages - for people currently working abroad, our ex-pat mortgages offer solutions to help your client purchase an investment property in London and the South-East while they are temporarily out of the United Kingdom.

Limited company and SPV lending as standard – unlike a number of mainstream lenders, we’re set up to offer Buy to Let mortgages to SPVs, limited companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) as standard - thanks to our bespoke underwriting.
